1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. vt9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

Age Restriction
The vt9 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. vt9 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and may suspend an account until verification is obtained.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the vt9 platform complies with all local laws applicable to them. Users are also responsible for ensuring that no third parties, especially minors, can access their account.
3Platform Terms of Use
Users agree to use the vt9 platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all of the following rules when using our services.

4Payment, Transaction & Currency Information
All transactions on the vt9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using legitimate payment methods in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by vt9 from time to time. These limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. Any funds deposited for the purpose of money laundering or fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen withdrawal method. vt9 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a breach of terms are not entitled to reclaim any bonus balances or reward points. Cash balances that are legitimately held are subject to review and may be refunded at vt9's discretion.

All content on the vt9 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and code — is the property of vt9 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without explicit written permission from vt9.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the vt9 platform or these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels and, where necessary, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
